Fifty lifetime-proof apartments have been developed in the Malvert district of Nijmegen. The project marked the completion of the restructuring of Malvert, which began in 2015.
This project was designed by Architectenbureau Visser en Bouwman, who created the architectural design for the two residential buildings. We treated the thermally modified pine wood with Flame Delay FX Pro to make it fire retardant.
