Peak Noorderplassen is a winning tender in Almere, designed by Marc Koehler Architects. Thanks to its location next to a small marina and the surrounding nature, the complex offers a relaxed and luxurious living environment. The apartments vary in size and layout and offer beautiful views of both the park and the water.
Thermally modified pine wood finished with Colorseen Timberstain in the colour FR180216-C02 was chosen for the façade cladding of Peak. In addition, the façade has been treated with Flame Delay FX-Pro, ensuring that it meets the highest fire safety requirements.
The project has been realised in a sustainable and energy-neutral manner, using 80% renewable materials, including bio-based materials such as wood. Thanks to this conscious choice of materials and energy-efficient techniques, Peak achieves an impressive EPC of -0.05.
