The Roerdomp Gezondhuis in Aalsmeer has been designed as a sustainable and modern healthcare building for healthcare providers wishing to establish themselves at a strategic location in Aalsmeer. Alongside the health centre, 61 flats have been developed. These are partly intended as care flats and partly as private rental flats.
For this project, finely sawn Northern European spruce was used as cladding, preserved using Woodlife HL50, treated with the fire-retardant Flame Delay® FX Pro, and finished with Sansin Woodsealer.
